Our nights are so busy that the only time we are going to be able to leave the house to do a fun Christmas activity will have to be on the weekends. I had the Relief Society Christmas dinner tonight, Hadley had gymnastics, Ryan and coach Gavin had basketball practice, and Jack had scouts and basketball practice. So our exciting activity for the 3rd day of December was watching a Christmas video--a 25 minute one, at that!

Well just enjoy doing as much together as you can. Sad to say, but it seems as the kids get older, they just get even busier. At least you are spending time together and that is what counts.
I am so glad that I am not the only one who wonders if I am coming or going some days! I wish everything just went away during Christmas so everyone could just enjoy their families. But alas, real life gets in the way! Darnit!

I actually got a little sad when you said you went to the RS Christmas Dinner! I miss the ward soooo much. I hope it was a wonderful night. I don't know how you balance it all...but you are my HERO!
