She's done it again!

It's been a year since it last happened. And you really can't beat the timing with school pictures this week and family portraits next week. It all happened within a few minutes of forgetfulness. I left the scissors on the bathroom counter and was helping Hadley get ready for church when I overheard Morgan in the bathroom say, "Oh no!"

I ran to the bathroom just in time to see the hair fall to the floor. She even got in one more cut before I could get the scissors from her. This little girl definitely knows what she wants to be when she grows up . . . bald! Or maybe a hair stylist.

    Ok, that skirt is so cute, but those bangs are cuter! It cracks me up that she has a sixth sense about scissors being left out or family pictures. The headband last year worked very well. DK

    The Love Magnet did the same just days before school pics. I just got the pics back today. Bewteen my styling skills and the understanding photographer, we were able to hide the worst of the damage. Now I have TLM repeat to me "Only Kellie or Margaret can cut my hair".

    My heart sank when I read this, I went back to discovering Eva's missing hair. Her's is just barely looking like Morgan's does now. For a while it was very mulletish..... I almost wanted to put a sign on her that said, "I did this to myself"

    Honestly, I thought the pictures were the before pics and spent some time trying to find the afters. Guess I'd better go look in the mirror and see what I look like! ;-)

    I love her new do. I think self-cut bangs are enduring and sweet. I still cut my own bangs, and I think Morgan may have done a better job on hers.

    I've had the same experience, a few times with different kids. Sometimes, you just gotta laugh. She looks darling!
